Develony at IPS 2025 — Georgia for Global Developers.

On April 14-16, 2025, Develony visited the International Property Show (IPS), which was held at the Dubai World Trade Center and is one of the largest international platforms in the real estate industry.

As the Managing Partner of Develony, Tamar Mashava held high-level negotiations with leading development companies — including REPORTAGE, Sobha Realty and others. The main focus of the meetings was on strategic cooperation and opportunities for global developers to enter the Georgian market.

IPS 2025 included more than 150 exhibitors and more than 15,000 participants from all over the world, which created a unique opportunity to present Georgia’s investment potential and plan future cooperation.
